Welcome to Daxdo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our dating app (“App”) OR WEBSITE, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our App. Verfication is mandate - if verifications are not completed by a month, account will be suspended. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

While using the App, you agree:

• You shall not impersonate any individual or entity, misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation, or use images of another person without proper authorization or consent.
• You agree not to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, including but not limited to scams, phishing, or solicitation of money or financial information from other users.
• You shall not publicly disclose or solicit sensitive personal information (including contact details, financial information, or identification documents) through your profile or communications.
• You shall not use the App for escort services, prostitution, or any form of transactional, commercial, or compensated dating arrangements.
• You agree not to send unsolicited communications, spam, or repetitive messages, or to use automated means (bots, scripts, or similar technologies) to interact with the platform or its users.
• You agree to respect the consent, privacy, and boundaries of other users at all times and to cease communication upon request.
• You shall not use the App for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
• You agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, systems, or networks, including through hacking, reverse engineering, or circumvention of security measures.
• The Company reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and that we can use the data for promoting or sending offers basis your likes.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Some features of the App may require payment or subscription.
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the terms of the payment provider.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in harmful or unlawful activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maharashtra Jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
